Refund & Cancellation Policy

By booking a service with ANW Detailing, you agree to the following refund and cancellation terms.

Cancellation Policy

Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may result in forfeiture of any deposit or refusal of future bookings.

Same-day cancellations or no-shows may result in a full service charge.

No-Show Policy

If the customer is not present or the vehicle is not accessible at the scheduled time, the appointment may be canceled without refund.

We may wait up to 15 minutes before canceling or rescheduling the appointment.

Repeated no-shows may result in refusal of future service.

Late Arrivals & Delays
If you are running late, you must notify us as soon as possible. Significant delays may require rescheduling depending on availability and may result in loss of the appointment.

Refund Policy
All services are considered final once completed. Due to the nature of detailing services, no refunds will be issued after the service has been performed.

Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with the service, you must notify us immediately before we leave the appointment.

We will make a reasonable effort to address any concerns on-site.

No refunds will be issued after the service is completed and approved.

Service Limitations
Some stains, odors, scratches, or damage may not be fully removable depending on severity, material condition, and pre-existing wear. Results may vary based on the vehicle’s condition. Payments are made for time, labor, and service delivery, not guaranteed outcomes.
